Port Company challenge importance of bay’s wild-bird habitat

Oral Hearing on the Dublin Bay infill application resumed last week, and Dublin Port Company surprised all in attendance by submitting new evidence on wild bird numbers, claiming infill would have no impact on habitat.  The report was titled ‘Winter Bird Surveys in Dublin Port and Tolka Estuary, Sept to Nov. ‘08′ written by Natura Environmental Consultants.
